I’ve been a leadership and career coach/trainer for almost 20 years, working across both private and public sectors.
Along the way I've had the pleasure if being involved in various projects, such as being a member of the Telstra Top Talent identification team, rolling out career planning workshops in local government during restructure periods and speaking at various leadership conferences around Australia.
Director 'Stephanie' was ready to be BIGGER & BOLDER, after playing under the radar. She implemented my managing up strategies, built the visibility of the achievements of her team and went from leading a team of 40 to 120.
Team Leader 'Mark' began working with me when he couldn't make the shift from technical expert to leader. He established several of my practical leadership strategies, such as the strategic planning framework and meetings strategy and made the shift to confident leader.

General Manager 'Robert' was ready to move past feeling disheartened about his 360 Degree Feedback process, get back on track and make the required shifts to uplift his leadership capability. We developed and implemented a plan to be ready for the role of Chief Executive within 12 months.

But despite wanting this, it can feel elusive.
Despite your best intentions to be strategic, it can be hard to find the time and energy to step back and focus on leading your people, your development and your career.
Instead it can feel like you're chasing your tail, juggling conflicting balls in the air, attending meetings with no time to action outcomes and overwhelmed with email.
But, at the end of the day, if you're not taking the time to be the best version of you as a person and a leader you won't be making the impact you could make or maximising your career potential.

Over many years I've supported thousands of leaders and staff across small and large businesses to build their capability and plan their careers.
I also offer the MAD Leaders Success Program, which is delivered weekly over 7 months.
We will typically work together for 6 to 12 sessions, which will be determined when we talk about the best way to work together.
Most businesses have a training and development budget which you may be able to access for this program.
Once we've chatted to make sure we're a fit, you will be provided with an invoice.
The invoice for the program will be for 'Professional Development', which generally means you can claim this as a tax deduction, however please consult your accountant to be sure.
