Hi, I'm Rachael Pickworth.

For 20 years I've been supporting leaders to make their greatest difference with coaching & training.

Along the way I've worked with thousands of leaders (Team Leader to CEO) and had the pleasure of being involved in various projects, such as being a member of the Telstra Top Talent identification team, rolling out leadership career planning workshops across government and speaking at various leadership conferences around Australia.

Over the years I began to notice the fundamental activities of high performing leaders; specific frameworks and systems that make a dramatic difference to a leader's confidence, sense of control, impact and both management and leadership effectiveness.

I pulled my experience and learnings together to develop an online leadership development program with bite-sized weekly learnings, practical systems and tools for immediate, tangible results and behavioural change.

Elevate in 90-Days provides busy leaders with fundamental frameworks and systems to confidently lead themselves, their people and their careers.

This program provides leaders with:

  • An understanding of management and leadership (with a sample leadership framework which can be customised to suit your business)
  • A 1:1 meeting system and template to build relationships and address development, wellbeing, career planning, 2-way feedback, business values and more
  • A system to run planned and structured quarterly and monthly meetings to keep their teams aligned and connected with each other and the strategic plan of the business
  • A system to drive their own development, career planning, collect feedback against their development goals and meet with informal mentors to build their network and capability
  • A system to plan out quarterly delivery and secure agreement and buy-in from their manager and team
  • A monthly system to communicate achievements, results, objectives and updates to leadership, peers, stakeholders and team members
  • How to establish a strategic recurring leadership calendar with key management and leadership activity, such as strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, team development and career planning
  • How to craft a 'WHY' statement that drives their engagement and articulates their brand, passion and value to the business

The advantage of multiple leaders journeying through the program together is peer support/accountability and leadership capability and capacity uplift across the business.

Built-in accountability - from the welcome lesson to the last lesson the participant's manager is brought along for the ride.

When participants complete a lesson they receive an email with the subject line 'Share with your manager', which supports them to share their learnings, insights, progress and achievements.

This supports them to stay on track, demonstrate their commitment to their development, spark discussion, cement learnings and strengthen their relationship with their manager.

Program Delivery & Content Outline

As leaders are time poor, the aim of the program to provide one critical shift per week.

The program is delivered over 12 weeks with a weekly lesson (10 to 20 minute video plus required action) via a dedicated training portal accessible via computer and mobile app, with a focus on learning, implementation, support and built-in accountability (1:1 coaching is an optional add-on).

Participants have access to the program for 12 months.
